Dolce AI reads the day's visits and revenue and suggests revenue and retention moves. Each suggestion shows why, so you can judge it in the moment. Your front desk decides what to act on, and Dolce AI never acts on its own.

Check patients in

When a patient arrives, check-in confirms consent was obtained, intake forms are complete and vitals are due. Consent is a required item. Finishing check-in creates the encounter record for the provider.

Start or resume the visit

Open the visit straight from Today. It loads with the patient and service already in place, on the 6-step bar of Review, Photos, Treatment, Note, Sign and Checkout. A visit left mid-chart picks up from its saved draft.
