Zones and units, written up

Product and lot carried over

The product and lot set on each block show up in the draft, so the note names exactly what went in.

Change the map, regenerate

Add a zone or adjust units, then click Regenerate from treatment. The draft rebuilds from the updated map before you sign.

How it works

How a map comes together

1Step 1

Start a treatment block

Pick a preset for the block, such as Neurotoxin in units or Dermal Filler in mL. Kybella and Sculptra have presets too. Set the product and lot once, and every dot in the block uses them.

2Step 2

Tap to drop dots

Tap a zone and a dot lands with its units already filled in. Adjust with the stepper, undo, or delete a pin. Each zone shows its typical unit range, and Dolce warns you when left and right don't match.

3Step 3

Chart on the patient's photo

Switch the canvas from the anatomy diagram to the patient's own photo. The dots sit on their real face, so the next provider sees where product went.

4Step 4

The map drafts the note

Units add up per block and fill the total units field on the neurotoxin chart. Click Generate SOAP and Dolce AI drafts the note from every zone, unit and lot you mapped. You review it and sign, and the printed chart includes the map.

What the map does

28 zones with typical ranges

Glabella, procerus, corrugators, frontalis, lateral canthus, DAO, mentalis, masseters, lips, cheeks, tear troughs and more. Each zone has a typical unit range and a default product and depth.

Four block presets

Neurotoxin in units, Dermal Filler in mL, Kybella and Sculptra. Blocks are color-coded, so a combined visit stays easy to read.

Your map drafts the note

Every zone, unit, product and lot you map feeds Dolce AI. Click Generate SOAP and it drafts the SOAP note from the map for you to review and sign.

Left and right asymmetry warnings

Dolce warns you when the left and right sides don't match. If the difference is on purpose, you keep it and carry on.

Live lot inventory on tap

Tap a zone to see the lots on hand for that product. Usage comes off the lot when you sign the chart.

The patient's photo as canvas

Chart on the anatomy diagram or on the patient's own photo, so every dot sits on their actual face.

Can I chart Botox and filler in the same visit?

Yes. Add a neurotoxin block and a dermal filler block. Each block has its own product, lot and color, so the map stays easy to read.

Do I enter the lot on every dot?

No. You set product and lot once per block, and every dot in the block uses them. Dilution goes on the neurotoxin chart as 1.0, 2.0, 2.5 or 4.0 mL.

What does Dolce AI do with my map?

It drafts your SOAP note from it. The zones, units, product and lot on each block go into the draft, along with ICD-10 and CPT suggestions. Dolce AI doesn't choose doses, so you decide what goes where and sign the note yourself.

What are the unit ranges on each zone?

Each zone shows a typical unit range as a reference while you chart. It's a guide only. Dosing follows your medical director's protocols and the product labeling.

Does the map record depth and technique for filler?

Each zone carries a default depth. The dermal filler chart records tissue plane, needle or cannula, and technique such as bolus, linear thread, fanning, cross-hatch or serial puncture.

Does the map connect to inventory?

Yes. Tap a zone to see live lot inventory for the product. Usage comes off the lot when the chart is signed.
