Charting redesign underway
- New charting screens are being designed and reviewed with clinicians before they’re built.
- Next up after charting: adding a patient, then billing.

Payments and sign-in security
- Two-factor sign-in with an authenticator app.
- Card payments through Authorize.Net, with card numbers tokenized in the browser. Rolling out.
- Every screen is checked so one clinic can never see another clinic’s data.
- Messages now report a failed send instead of showing it as sent.

Email builder and booking conflicts
- Emails are built from blocks: heading, text, image, button, divider and spacer.
- Campaigns get a full page, with the preview next to the editor.
