How a membership works day to day

1Step 1

Build your tiers

In Admin, open Memberships and create a tier. Set monthly, quarterly or annual billing, a service discount percent, credits and perks like one free HydraFacial a month. Then choose auto or manual renewal.

2Step 2

Enroll the patient

Put a patient on the tier that fits them. If they travel or need a break, pause the membership and resume it later, or cancel it when they're done.

3Step 3

Discount comes off at checkout

When a member checks out, their tier's service discount applies next to the tip and any promo code. Payouts count it with your other discounts.

4Step 4

Thank members before they lapse

Does Dolce charge members automatically?
Recurring membership charges depend on card processing, which is rolling out through Authorize.Net. Tiers, billing cycles, renewal settings and member discounts all work in Dolce now.
Where do I set up membership tiers?
In Admin, under Advanced, open Memberships. Each tier gets a billing cycle, a service discount percent, credits, perks and a renewal setting.
Can a patient pause their membership?
Yes. Your team can pause a patient's membership and resume it later, or cancel it. It all happens from the front desk.
How do I remind members before they expire?
Open Campaigns and pick the Membership expiring audience, which finds plans ending within 30 days. Choose the Thank a VIP goal and Dolce AI drafts the message, or write it yourself. Send by SMS or email, and set it to recurring so it re-checks the audience each run.
Do member visits show in my reports?
Yes. Every revenue view is computed from invoices, so member visits count in revenue by service and by provider. Member discounts count toward the discounts line in payouts.
Does Dolce AI change or charge memberships?
No. Dolce AI drafts campaign copy, such as a Thank a VIP message for members close to expiring. It never renews, pauses, cancels or charges a membership. Your team makes those changes.
