The AI Insights tab in Marketing reads booking, cancellation and visit-cadence patterns and makes revenue recommendations. Each one says why. Dismiss what doesn't fit and build a campaign for what does.

Build the audience

Start from one of 6 starter audiences or write your own AND/OR rules. The server updates the patient count as you add each rule, so you see the audience size before you write a word.

3Step 3

Let Dolce AI write the draft

Pick Win them back, Thank a VIP or Promote a new service and Dolce AI drafts the email or text. Edit it, lay out the email in blocks and check the preview. The composer checks the merge-field tags in Dolce AI's copy before it sends.

Can I send both SMS and email?
Yes. Each campaign goes out by SMS or email. Email sends from your verified sending domain, and SMS needs carrier registration (10DLC) before your first send.
What does Dolce AI write?
Pick a goal and Dolce AI drafts email or SMS copy for it. The goals are Win them back, Thank a VIP and Promote a new service. You edit the draft and add merge fields before it goes out.
Does Dolce AI send campaigns on its own?
No. Dolce AI drafts the copy, and a person on your team picks the audience, edits the words and schedules the send. Before anything goes out, the composer checks the merge-field tags in Dolce AI's copy.
How do unsubscribes work?
Campaign emails carry a signed unsubscribe link that opens a real landing page. Patients who opt out are suppressed at send time. Dolce also warns you when your postal address is missing, which CAN-SPAM requires.
Can I put patient photos in a campaign?
Campaign images go through the marketing image upload, which guards against using patient photos. That keeps before and after photos on the patient record, where they belong.
How do I test a campaign before it goes out?
Add hand-typed test addresses next to your named recipients and check the server-rendered preview. Once it sends, results track Sent, Delivered, Opened and Clicked from real delivery events.
