Generate, then regenerate

Click Generate SOAP. Dolce AI drafts subjective, objective, assessment and plan and suggests ICD-10 and CPT codes for the service. Change a dose or add a zone, click Regenerate from treatment, and the draft catches up.

4Step 4

Review, edit and sign

Read the draft line by line, fix anything that's off and sign with a typed e-signature. The note locks with its codes. If your medical director co-signs, submit it to the MD review queue next.

Does Dolce AI sign or send anything on its own?
No. Dolce AI drafts the note and suggests codes, and that's where it stops. The provider reviews, edits and signs with a typed e-signature that logs timestamp, IP address and device.
What does Dolce AI use to draft the note?
What you documented for the visit. That means the chart fields and the injection map, such as service, zones, units, product, lot and dilution, plus anything you type or dictate. You check every line before you sign.
Can I edit what Dolce AI drafts?
Yes, every line. Change the wording, add detail or cut a section before you sign. After signing, the note locks, and changes go in as amendments with a reason.
Are the billing codes final?
No. They're suggestions based on the service you charted, so check them before you sign. They're stored on the note and print with it.
What if I change the treatment after the draft?
Click Regenerate from treatment. The draft is rebuilt from the updated chart, and you review it again before you sign.
What happens if Dolce AI can't draft a note?
Dolce opens the service template, so you can write the note yourself. The rest of the visit works the same way, and checkout still waits for your signature.
