Nothing in your queue was signed by the AI

Dolce AI drafts the SOAP note from what the provider charted on the map and in the template, with suggested ICD-10 and CPT codes. The provider reviews, edits and signs it, then submits it to your queue.

Drafted from the chart

The draft is built from the documented service, zones, units, product and lot. If the chart changes, the provider regenerates the draft from the treatment.

Safety checklists stay on the chart

Filler charts carry the vascular occlusion protocol, hyaluronidase, aspiration and capillary refill checks. You read them with the note before you approve.

A person signs every note

Dolce AI never signs, locks or approves. The provider signs with a typed e-signature that logs time, IP and device, and you approve or request changes.

What changes

Three things you stop doing

Before

You co-sign a stack of charts at month end without knowing what changed after the visit.

With Dolce

Signed notes lock, and any amendment needs a reason and is recorded with the user and time.

Before

You can't tell whether your injectors checked for vascular occlusion risk before filler.

With Dolce

Filler charts carry a safety checklist for the vascular occlusion protocol, hyaluronidase on hand, aspiration and capillary refill.

Before

Injector notes get written from memory at the end of the day, so details go missing.

With Dolce

Dolce AI drafts the note from what was charted during the visit, and the provider reviews and signs it before it reaches you.

A real day

A medical director's Monday

Every step below is a screen in Dolce today.

Open the review queue

The Charts badge shows how many notes are waiting. This weekend's notes all started as Dolce AI drafts that your injectors reviewed, edited and signed.

MD review
7:45 AM

Read an AI-drafted filler note

The note was drafted from the injector's map and filler fields, then she edited and signed it. You read the plan, the suggested codes and the filler safety checklist.

Check units against the map

On a Botox note, the map shows each zone's units next to its typical range and flags any left and right mismatch. You approve it.

An amendment comes in

An injector amends a note she signed on Friday. Dolce requires her reason and records the amendment with her name and the time.

Consult with the AI summary

You see a new PRP patient yourself. Her AI patient summary lays out intake, vitals and history with suggested services and a line on why, and you decide the plan.

Spot-check the audit log

Before you log off, you filter the audit log for one patient and see who viewed, signed and amended her chart.

Ask on a demo
How does MD review work?
Providers submit notes for MD review. You see them in a queue and approve each one or request changes. The Charts badge shows how many are waiting.
Can anyone edit a note after it's signed?
No. Sign & Lock makes a signed note immutable. Changes are made as amendments, which require a reason and are recorded with the timestamp and user. The printed chart includes the amendment history.
Does Dolce AI sign or approve notes?
No. Dolce AI drafts the SOAP note and suggests ICD-10 and CPT codes from what the provider charted. The provider reviews, edits and signs it, and you approve it or request changes. The AI never signs, co-signs or decides on treatment.
Which credential types can I assign?
There are 10 credential types. They are Owner/Medical Director, Medical Director, Physician (MD/DO), NP, PA, RN, LPN, Licensed Esthetician, Medical Esthetician and Laser Technician. Roles & Permissions then controls what each person can do.
What do the safety checklists cover?
Each chart template has its own checklist. Filler covers the vascular occlusion protocol, hyaluronidase, aspiration and capillary refill. Laser covers eye protection, a test spot and photosensitizers, and IV covers patency and the emergency protocol.
