Chart or dictate, then review the draft

Chart the visit in its template, or type or dictate what you did between patients. Dolce AI drafts the SOAP note and suggests ICD-10 and CPT codes for services like neurotoxin, filler, peels and microneedling. You edit and sign.

Codes suggested per service

The draft suggests ICD-10 and CPT codes for neurotoxin, filler, peels and microneedling. You check them before you sign, and they stay on the note.

Summary before the visit

The AI patient summary pulls intake, vitals and history into a clinical overview, with suggested services and a line on why each fits.

Templates for your own protocols

Describe a protocol your practice runs, like a peel series. The AI template builder drafts a custom chart template, and you check the fields before saving.

What changes

Three things you stop doing

Before

Your cosmetic patients get charted in the same EMR you use for medical dermatology visits.

With Dolce

Cosmetic visits get their own templates, and Dolce AI drafts the SOAP note from the fields you filled in for you to review and sign.

Before

Before and after photos sit in a phone camera roll, away from the chart.

With Dolce

You upload Before, After and Progress photos to the patient record, in the same profile as her visits and treatments.

Before

Self-pay patients ask what a laser series will cost, and the answer lives in someone's head.

With Dolce

You build a Good Faith Estimate from the patient and the services, and resend it whenever they ask.

A real day

A cosmetic clinic day

Every step below is a screen in Dolce today.

8:15 AM

Check the cosmetic schedule

Today shows your cosmetic clinic, and Up Next flags a laser patient whose consent isn't signed. Your coordinator sends her the intake link.

Read the AI patient summary

Your 9:00 is new to your cosmetic clinic. Her AI patient summary pulls intake, vitals and history into one overview, with suggested services and a line on why.

Neurotoxin, then the draft

You chart the lateral canthus and glabella on the face map, and units total as you tap. Dolce AI drafts the SOAP note with suggested codes, and you edit and sign.

An IPL session

Your PA charts Fitzpatrick type, fluence, pulse width and passes, and the checklist confirms eye protection and a test spot. Then she dictates what she saw, and Dolce AI drafts the note.

An estimate for a series

A self-pay patient asks what a laser series will cost. Your coordinator builds a Good Faith Estimate from her and the services and sends it.

Review your PA's notes

Your PA reviewed and signed her Dolce AI drafts, and they wait in the MD review queue. You approve most and request changes on one that is missing a lot number.

Ask on a demo
Does Dolce bill insurance?
No. Dolce is built for cash-pay aesthetic services and has no insurance claims features. At checkout you record payments as cash, card, check, HSA/FSA or CareCredit.
Can we keep medical dermatology in our current EMR?
Yes. Dolce is meant for the cosmetic side of your practice. It does not connect to other EMRs, so cosmetic patients come in by CSV import, with a preview before anything is saved.
What does the Good Faith Estimate include?
It lists the patient, the services and an estimated total, and you can resend it. It is the No Surprises Act cost estimate for self-pay patients.
Can I edit what Dolce AI drafts?
Yes. Dolce AI drafts the SOAP note from what you charted or dictated, and you can change any line before you sign. If you change the treatment, Regenerate from treatment updates the draft. Once you sign, the note locks, and later changes need an amendment with a reason.
Can our PAs and NPs chart under physician oversight?
Yes. PA, NP, RN and Physician (MD/DO) are among the 10 credential types. Their notes can go to the MD review queue, where a physician approves them or requests changes.
