Notes drafted, signed and reviewed between cases

Your nurse injector charts the filler on the map, or types or dictates what she did. Dolce AI drafts the SOAP note with suggested ICD-10 and CPT codes. She reviews and signs it, and your surgeon approves it from the MD review queue.

Summaries before the consult

Before an aesthetic consult, the AI patient summary pulls intake, vitals and history into one overview, with suggested services and a line on why.

Type or dictate the visit

Your team types or dictates what they did in plain words. Dolce AI turns it into a SOAP note they edit and sign.

Templates for your protocols

Describe how your practice charts a service the built-in 7 templates don't cover. The AI template builder drafts a custom chart template you check and save.

What changes

Three things you stop doing

Before

Your nurse injectors chart Botox in a surgical EMR full of fields that don't apply.

With Dolce

Each service gets its own template, so a neurotoxin chart asks only for product, lot, expiry, dilution, units and complications.

Before

Your surgeon signs off on injector charts from a stack of printouts between cases.

With Dolce

Your injectors sign notes Dolce AI drafted from their charts, and your surgeon approves them from the MD review queue between cases.

Before

Skincare and laser patients buy one visit at a time, and their pricing depends on who is at the desk.

With Dolce

Membership tiers set the discount, credits and perks, and the member discount applies at checkout.

Ask on a demo
Can we chart surgical procedures in Dolce?
No. Dolce has no surgical or operative note templates and isn't built for surgical records. It runs the aesthetic services around your surgical work, like injectables, lasers, skincare and memberships.
Can our surgeon review injector charts?
Yes. Nurse injectors and PAs submit their notes for MD review. Your surgeon approves them or requests changes, and each step is recorded in the audit log.
Does Dolce connect to our surgical EMR?
Dolce does not connect to other EMRs. You can bring aesthetic patients in with a CSV import, which shows what will import, what already exists and what has problems before anything is saved.
What does Dolce AI use to draft the note?
Dolce AI drafts from what your provider documented in the chart and on the injection map, or from what they typed or dictated about the visit. It suggests ICD-10 and CPT codes for services like neurotoxin, filler and Sculptra. The provider reviews, edits and signs, and the AI never signs on its own.
Can we sell memberships for skincare and injectables?
Yes. Build tiers with a monthly, quarterly or annual billing cycle, a service discount, credits and perks. You can pause, resume or cancel a patient's membership, and the discount applies at checkout.
