Does the face map work for filler too?

Yes. The map has 4 block presets, for Botox or neurotoxin in units, dermal filler in mL, Kybella and Sculptra. Product and lot are set once per block, and each block has its own color.

I'm a nurse injector. How does MD review work?

When your note is ready, you submit it for MD review. Your medical director sees it in a review queue and approves it or requests changes. Each step is recorded with the user and the time.

Can I chart on the patient's own photo?

Yes. You can use the anatomy diagram or the patient's own photo as the canvas for the map. Photos upload as JPG, PNG or HEIC up to 10 MB.

Does Dolce AI sign my notes for me?

No. Dolce AI drafts the SOAP note from what you charted, typed or dictated, with suggested ICD-10 and CPT codes. You review it, edit anything you want, and sign it yourself. Nothing is signed without you.

I work alone. Can I run the whole visit myself?

Yes. You can go from intake on the patient's phone to a signed chart and checkout on your own. Keyboard shortcuts help too, with A to book, P to add a patient, N for a new chart note and I to record a payment.
