How it works

How a chart gets done

1Step 1

Pick a template, or describe one

Each visit opens with its service loaded and the template that fits, so a neurotoxin chart asks for dilution and an IV chart asks for catheter gauge. For a house protocol, describe it in plain words and Dolce AI drafts a custom template.

2Step 2

Record what you did

For a neurotoxin, enter product, lot number, expiration and a dilution of 1.0, 2.0, 2.5 or 4.0 mL, then map units on the face. Total units fill in from the map. For filler, log syringes, tissue plane and needle or cannula.

3Step 3

Dolce AI drafts the note

When the treatment is charted, click Generate SOAP. Dolce AI drafts the note from your fields and map and suggests ICD-10 and CPT codes. You read the draft, fix what needs fixing and move on.

4Step 4

Sign, lock and print

Sign with a typed e-signature that logs timestamp, IP address and device. The note locks, and later changes need an amendment with a reason. Print the note with codes, injection map and amendment history.

Which chart templates come built in?
Neurotoxin, dermal filler, laser and energy, IV therapy, microneedling and RF, facial and skincare, and consultation. Each one shows only the fields that apply to that service.
What does Dolce AI draft in a chart?
Two things. It drafts the SOAP note from the fields and injection map you charted, with ICD-10 and CPT suggestions. It also drafts custom templates from a plain description. You review and edit both, and a person signs every note.
Can I build my own templates?
Yes. Build custom SOAP templates in Manage Templates, or describe what you need and let Dolce AI draft one. Use them for services or house protocols the seven built-in templates don't cover.
What does the filler safety checklist include?
Vascular occlusion protocol reviewed, hyaluronidase available, aspiration performed and capillary refill checked. Laser, IV and microneedling charts have their own checks, such as eye protection, patency confirmed and no Accutane in the last 6 months.
How does the filler chart record technique?
You pick the tissue plane (intradermal, subdermal, supraperiosteal or submuscular) and needle or cannula. Then choose the technique, such as bolus, linear thread, fanning, cross-hatch or serial puncture.
Can a signed chart be changed?
Signed notes are locked and can't be edited. To correct one, you add an amendment with a required reason. Dolce records the time and the user for each amendment.
