Where do the report numbers come from?
Every revenue view is computed from invoices. Checkout creates the record, so reports match what your front desk checked out.
How does provider commission work?
Each provider's commission percent is saved on their provider profile. Revenue by provider gives you the other half, so both numbers are in one place at payroll time.
Do payouts include processing fees?
Yes. Payouts list gross revenue, tips, discounts and processing fees. You set the fee as a percent plus a per-transaction fee to match your processor.
Can I see today's revenue without opening reports?
Yes. The Today screen shows revenue from completed visits for the day. Reports cover the longer view, like monthly revenue and average ticket.
Who on my team can see revenue?
You decide with custom Roles & Permissions in Admin. Each person has their own account, so the audit log shows who did what.
Does Dolce AI change my numbers?
