Does Dolce AI sign notes or send messages on its own?

No. It drafts. A provider reviews and signs every note, and a person approves every campaign and review request before it goes out.

Can I edit what the AI writes?

Yes. Every draft is editable: the SOAP note, the codes, the form fields, the template and the message copy.

What does Dolce AI use to draft a note?

What you documented: the service, the face map, units, product, lot and dilution, plus anything you type or dictate. You can change the treatment and regenerate.

Does the AI make clinical decisions?

No. It doesn't diagnose, dose or decide treatment. It writes up what your provider did and suggests codes for review.

What happens if the AI is unavailable?

The chart template still loads, so providers keep charting and signing as usual.

Does patient information go to an AI provider?

AI features send the text needed to produce a draft, and the result comes back as a draft for a person to review. Ask us for details on a demo, or read the privacy policy.
