Can I set up each lounge chair separately?
Yes. Add each chair as its own room with the IV Lounge room type. Room view then shows who is in which chair, and Dolce blocks double-booking a room.
What does the IV chart record?
The IV Therapy template records ingredients and dosage, IV site, catheter gauge, start and end time, infusion rate, cannulation attempts, pre and post vitals and reaction monitoring. Its checklist confirms patency and that your emergency protocol is available.
Does Dolce AI choose the drip or the dose?
No. Dolce AI never picks ingredients, doses or rates. It drafts the note from what your nurse charted, typed or dictated, with suggested codes. Your nurse reviews, edits and signs it.
How do memberships work for regulars?
You create tiers with a monthly, quarterly or annual billing cycle, a service discount, credits and perks. You can pause, resume or cancel a membership, and the discount applies at checkout. Recurring charges depend on card processing through Authorize.Net, which is rolling out.
Can I book standing weekly drips?
Yes. When you book, set the appointment to repeat every day, week or month. You can drag any single visit to a new time on the calendar.
